REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please download a Registration form. Complete this form and mail or fax to Dr. Tim Loreman. See directions on the form.

LOCATION

Concordia University College is a state-of-the-art facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada that will set the stage for engaging learning, networking, and dialogue.

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

$175 Canadian (approximately $140 US). Attendant Caregiver (2 day, must be accompanying a person with a disability) - $85. The 2-day registration fee includes:

SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION FEE

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP RATE

A special conference scholarship rate of $85 (2-day as above) or $30 (single day as above) for students studying full-time is available to successful applicants. Students must apply in writing to the organizing committee for this reduced rate, and provide appropriate student identification. Contact Dr. Tim Loreman. to apply.

ATTENDANCE CAREGIVERS

The attendant caregiver rate is offered in order to assist people who require this type of care to attend the conference. In order to qualify for this rate, the attendant caregiver or person with a disability must contact Dr. Tim Loreman. and explain who the caregiver is supporting and if there are any special requirements needed prior to and during the conference.

SPEAKERS

Speakers are required to register and pay for conference attendance.

SHUTTLE BUS PASS

A wheelchair accessible shuttle bus will run to and from the conference and dinner function sites, and the Comfort Inn in downtown Edmonton at the following times:

A $10 shuttle bus pass entitles the bearer to unlimited use of the bus during those times.

REFUND POLICY

Registration fees may be refunded at the discretion of the conference organizing committee. minus a $20 administration fee, up to April 1, 2005. Refunds are not available after April 1, 2005.
